Specialized Services: Process pump repair. Through our knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of process systems, we not only repair the machine, but also establish the cause of failure and suggest corrective action. This helps our customers reduce failure rate and increase MTBR (meantime between repair). Vertical turbine pump repair and retrofit including bowl reseating, new or repaired shafting, bearings, wear rings, sleeves, new column pipe, stuffing box repair, new replacement bowl assembles, for all makes of vertical turbine pumps. We stock a large inventory of stainless steel pump quality shafting. Authorized service centre and specialized facilities and equipment for Sundyne Corporation compressors and pumps (Sundyne / Sunflo / SCMP / Kontro / ANSIMAG) ULC / UL / FM Fire Pump system service and repairs (any make) Wastewater pumping station repair / retrofit direct replacements for Flygt, ABS, most other pump makes (wet pit / dry pit / self-priming / portables). "Transfer of knowledge" is not only one of the services we provide, but we also consider it to be one of our responsibilities as a part of the industrial equipment industry. We offer a variety of technical training courses including:    Operation, Maintenance and Repair This is often equipment-specific and therefore varies greatly in scope. Instruction can include everything from hands-on equipment teardown, failure analysis and overhaul techniques to proper start-up, operation, predictive maintenance and system troubleshooting. Instruction can be provided either in your facility or ours.      Pump or Compressor Fundamentals / Application Specifics NPE personnel have made presentations not only for customer groups, but also at various universities and technical institutes across Canada, and for specific industry organizations and associations. Factory engineering personnel are often in attendance.
